I think TWEWY probably tops my chart, but from what I've heard of Devil Survivor, I expect it to also have a really entertaining DS soundtrack.

Aside from that Pokemon D/P/Platinum.... they're just catchy.

Besides Phoenix Wright and TWEWY, Advance Wars: Days of Ruin has great Soundtrack. Especially the character themes are very nice.

Rhythm Heaven is probably my favorite OST. I would also say either Band Bros games are pretty good, but they are mostly music not made for the game specifically.

The World Ends With You OST is just great, though there's a few thing i didn't like about the game, Order of Ecclesia (voices includes, i rather prefer english voices over japanese cast), FFIV and of course EBA and Moero Nekketsu...(etc)
