I honestly like the Crimson/Black DS the best, and I hopefully will get it later this year.

it was just available in japan and you had to win a lottery to be able to buy it. Im glad I have mine and I would have to vote its the best color yellow ftw!!

Yeah, it kind of struck me too. I bought it June '08. None of my friends with metallic silver (who bought it around that time) have this issue, but yeah. It's still functional, and i can swap it with another case.

Crimson and black FTW. It gives an even matching of a bright and dark color, unlike cobalt and black which is dark all over. The metallic silver and pink are just boring to look at. Not enough variety in color.

i have a black dsl but of all the available colours i wish i had bought a bright green one, they were pretty sweet.

i also wish they came in matte as well as gloss. fingerprints and stuff.

I have the crimson+black one, but I was thinking the same thing, a bright lime green would be sweet. Kinda like this:

But I love my black DSL. I wish that it had that inner plastic that was unfingerprintable on the outside as well, but oh well.

And yes, unfingerprintable is a word.
