Hacking Best chip to play legit NTSC games on a PAL system

Title says it all really.

Which would be the best Wii modchip to get for me to be able to play legitimate (i.e. not ISO'd and burnt to DVD) games from the NTSC region on my PAL Wii? I've read that there can be issues with some modchips on this issue, so I figured I'd ask the people who know the most about it.
