Android Best Android Phones

From what I've seen, the Galaxy S Wifi 5.0 is a Galaxy Note without phone capabilities except it's single-core, and it's running Android 2.2. Also, if you're getting anything single-core, it's not much better than the iPod Touch 4th gen in terms of power.

If you're just looking for a non-phone Android device, maybe check out Sony's new Walkman Z. It's more expensive than most of the other non-phone Android devices ($300-ish, but that's only slightly more than the Galaxy S Wifi), but that will get you a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 CPU.
