So my 3DS went out of battery, okay no problem. I just plug the charger to my 3DS but for some reason it doesn't charge up. It's been two days and it's still not charged up.

When I press the power button I'll see two red dots flickering for like 10 second. But thats it, I don't see a sign up charging up. Does this mean my 3DS broke? Or just my charger?
I have tried the cable only and no success.

Hope you guys can help me :

Seems like something internal has broken....
I'd say open it up but say bye to your warranty if you do.
Take back to where you purchased to get a refund/new 3DS.

If you have a DSi/DSiXL or your friends have one or a 3DS of their own see if you can use the charger from those to see if it is in fact your 3DS or just the charger. If your 3DS can't hold a charge from any charger then you definitely need to take it back to the store you bought it.

Sounds more like a charger problem. I suggest you lend (or buy, if you want to) a DSi/XL/3DS charger from your friend and try it out. (Like what syko said)

If problem persists, you definitely have to send it back.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try out a new charger then i'll refund it or whatever.

EDIT: Solved the problem, all I had to do was unplug the charger for a like 30 minute ( Least thats how long I've unplugged it ) then replug it and charge your 3DS up.

weird..

Hey, the same thing happens to me sometimes, except I only have to unplug it for 10 minutes tops. I figured it was a problem with my socket but now I'm not so sure.

same happened to me once
i tried dsi charger and it started to charge, but not the 3ds one
tried after that a different connector and suddenly it worked....
i really have no idea what was that, but since then, it never happened again

i don't think it's the 3ds' fault

I've never even used the wall charger that came with my 3DS because I already had a USB multi-charging cable that included a DSi/3DS plug and I've just used that all this time.
