Hacking Back into M3 scene

So i haven't touched my DS and my m3i a year, and I've come back to see all these new firmwares and games that I want to get back into

Anyways, whats the current reccomended fw for my m3i?

~Quad-boot thing
~M3Sakura

And currently, my DSi is v1.4U. Is it safe to update?

Quad Boot
You can update DSi without problems if you update the M3 with the cable

Just get latest Touchpod or Sakura. Those silly Quad-Boots and Kaura are not needed. Theres no new update past 1.4 so far
