UAPaint is a currently young contender for a great homebrew.
Great Gui.
Pixel plotting (use dpad instead of stylus)
Great pallete system.
16 levels of Undos.
Save and load.

Not bad, the GUI reminds me greatly of the Firmware menus. You should have the author submit it in the download section here.

You could always just do it yourself.

Yea I know, but at least if the Author does it, its most likely will be updated with the newest version as its released and he could also edit/delete the file as he sees fit. ;p

Agreed. Once someone uploaded a program of mine here, and before I realized it I put up a copy too. Then they got banned so I couldn't ask them to remove it.
