Hacking Auto force to NTSC?

Is there a way to automatically force to NTSC when you put a PAL backup in the Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma with 002 fix without having to hold "1" down and reconfigure each time?

I didn't see this as much of a problem. I thought I was doing well, being able to play free Wii games and all... I didn't mind doing that extra bit of setting up stuff.
