Hey all!
Been a long time, but thats a testament to how well the Wii hacks, and respective loaders were designed!
Usually have no issues.

Question:

I would love to play Star Fox Adventures again, but last time I tired, the audio seemed to be an issue. After some research, this seems to be an issue with "Audio Streaming".

At one point Dios Mios was scheduled to be updated to support this.

Did that ever happen? And if not, how is everyone loading games that require audio streaming?

Thanks much!

Dios Mios died years ago. Everyone's moved on to Nintendont: https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258

To answer you though, no, to my knowledge, it never gained audio streaming. I highly recommend looking into using Nintendont instead, as it's compatible with more or less every Gamecube game, runs a number of Triforce arcade games, has support for virtual memory cards, and has support for alternative game controllers via USB, as well as the audio streaming you're looking for.

Crediar released a video of dios mios with audio streaming but never wanted to release it for some reason despite people asking about it. At this point though it is best to just use nintendont.

AFAIK it had something to do with the where source came from. :/

I toss my vote in for Nintendon't, Crash: Wrath of Cortex uses streaming for BGM and it even works trimmed and aligned via DMToolbox. I have yet to test if Star Fox Adventures will also but it will work fine using a 1:1 disc image.
