Hacking atlernative to gamecube mempory card?

I was wondering if there is anyway to save gamecube games using the wii without a gamecube memory card? Another side topic... anyone know a good place to get new/used official gamecube controllers for a relatively decent price?

Additional wii hardware gets disabled in GC mode
so no, only GC memory cards work

You can always get a gecko adapter(I forget the name) its basicly a gc memory card to sd caed adapter,
but its probaly more expensive

like I said a memory to sd adaptor you can probaly take out the sd when finished to play homebrew or plug it in the pc

you can get them from ebay

SD Gecko is suitable only for homebrews. It doesn't support GC savegames.

yeah that's what I've seen when looking for cheap memory card
