Erm, so...
I bought a wiikey from weeks ago.
And the problem for installing it it's soildering ==
Forget about that, I might handle it, in a messy way =.=
So the question is :
Will wiikey easily spoil when soildering?

Nah, just check the expiation date. Seriously though, if you are not handy with a soldering iron, let someone else do it. I messed up a PS2 because I couldn't solder on the IC legs without bridging them. Soldering is easy for some. Others, not so much.

No but you could burn some holes in your Wiis drive-PCB....

story form my botched wii-key install:

was trying the direct solder to wii board method,

I had some giant globs of solder that managed to bridge some connections, my shitty battery-powered iron couldn't melt it all the way so i had to pry it off.

managed to rip off elements from the wii PCB, drive wouldn't boot anymore.

eventually got it all soldered back together and used a wii-clip instead (since the contacts for the chip were fubar)

moral of the story: JUST USE A WII-CLIP
