The div in question appears to be the table before the div using the "ipsBox_container ipsPad" class- nopad specifically). Casual messing around with firebug does little for it here (I deleted the right hand box to no effect, shifting it to the left broke things but did align it properly and I can not see anything immediately obvious with the CSS but we left my HTML/CSS comfort zone two sentences ago).
