arm9loaderhax is happening before any FIRM is even booted, so no. You have to init it yourself, and all that stuff, and I'm not sure you would have enough space for that.

It should be possible to add it to the brahma payloads(like decrypt9) or to add it to a bootloader, but I don't know if somebody knows how to do it manualy.
