You don't get naming rights if you don't release anything. :P
> mfw they still don't have screen init
You and everyone else who's pulled it off have admitted that it's difficult. If you don't want to help, go ahead, but no need to be a snarky dick about it.

Technically it's Nintendo who named it first. It's had it there since 9.6, and there was nothing to release when k9lhax was originally published besides a 6.x key (and potentially a bunch of keys which would kill the N3DS's additional security measures).

LCD Init is insane tho. It's probably the hardest thing ever we've done

What is screen init exactly and what is the purpose of it?

It's basically what's preventing us from having nice graphical boot managers and stuff right now. The devs are trying to figure out how to turn the screen on along with the GPU (no, I'm not joking, and yes, it's harder than it sounds).

Init(ializing) the LCD(Screen) :) Allowing GUI.

Oh jeez. Yeah, I doubt that's easy at all. The devs have done so much for us that they deserve a break. Good luck to them though. Where ever they may be...

Wait, theoretically if someone can get CFW to support < 3.0 on Emunand, we would be able to see if our Emunand downgraded successfully before flashing it to Sysnand right?
