Hacking Arm11 (core 3)

Hello, recently I was playing on my console when collapsed in the menu and I got this error from what I have seen, it is a rare error and I have not found information online
*The error comes out when I turn on I can't enter the home menu
*The error keeps coming out even the sd card is outside
*I can enter godmode and luma
*I can't enter recovery mode
*I already did a ctrnand but it keeps failing

Please help

From what I remember the new 3ds models have some part of the video processing I think running on the last core. I wish I remembered more but my only guess is something related to that is screwed up somehow. Pretty sure that's a core part of how the new 3ds functions hopefully I'm wrong. Note again this all based of something I only partly remember but maybe it can help somehow. I hope you are able to find a solution to your problem.
