I appreciate the help! Unfortunately my Wii U differs from the one shown in the pictures. the vias on the motherboard don't match the pictures you provided. the Wii U i'm fixing is a WUP-10.You have a few options, but they're all vias.
You have that via right next to the TP:

You only need to use one of these.

Sure, this is the clearest picture I could get.i have never seen this board before. must be stupidly uncommon. its similar to the WUP-50, where it uses the B1X SoC.
