i think flashcarts that work on 3DS only has the DS mode.

I know, I mean flashcarts that work out of the box on 3DS's without flashing them through DS Lites.

You'd have to ask the seller about that. Some can flash them for you for $1 extra.

yes there are while looking for a card read the info carefully some cards have 3ds in their name but they are fakes that wont work on 3ds here this card is cheap it can use wood and works on the 3ds strait out of the box i gotten 10 from here http://www.lightake.com/detail.do/sku.3680...27372011@PMUSR/ that is if you want a R4
