Hacking Are the forums down?

I'm using Google Chrome for the first time (may or may not be the problem if it works for you guys), and it says that the forums don't exist, even when I click a link to them or something.

So yeah, are they working for you guys?

This isn't due to Google Chrome.I'm using firefox 3 and both the website and forum are down.

Yeah, it stopped working around 3 A.M EST. I was brwosing the forums for a while and then nothing.

I'm sure it's probably not a big deal and that they are working on something.

I'm also sure that people will freak out anyway.

Gah. I move to a new apt, find out that the lazybutts at ATT take 10 days to essentially flip a switch for my DSL, now to go to a friends house and find out I can't even browse the darn forum. Argh. At least you are here with me, GBATemp

They're back! No explanation about the outage but I would gamble a problem with their DNS provider. Their domains wouldn't even come back with an IP address.

And they are hosted by a Chinese server, it takes some time for Team Cyclops to contact them if there is a problem, not to mention the time zone difference.

time zone I'm sure is exactly the factor in the length of time they're down

People reply quicker for questions directly associated with CylcoDS than GBAtemp, and I enjoy the community.
