Gaming Apps won't update

None of my apps on my O3DS will update. I'm on 11.3 on cfw. The error code I get when I try to update something is 005-8034. I know I could use freeshop to update my games, but there are some apps that aren't showing up in FS like pokemon bank. I've tried searching the error code on Nintendo's troubleshoot page with no avail. Does anyone know what's going on?

Are you using eShop or freeshop. If eShop doesn't work update using freeshop.

Freeshop doesn't have pokemon bank available to update for some reason. Which is the app I'm trying to update.

Try importing the seed in FBI then installing the update in eShop (if it's there).
