hey ghost your still here i need your help now with JK save manager i found out why home brew wasnt loading up. the guide told me to place jksm into the root too but that makes home brew not load up. do you know how to use JKSM? if so can you write out the directions for me?

I edited the quantity in my inventory to be more than what it can hold in default, but after 1-2 quest, it reverted back to the default.
Amy way to overcome that?

Is there anyway to copy slot 1 gamedata to slot 2?

Still working on downgrading my system, but I imagine you have to have a saved game of MHG first to be able to extract the data from it.

Can someone please clarify on how this Save Manager part works. I got everything up to launching the Homebew app, but the .CIA file for the Save Managers aren't showing up on my menu (I put them in the root and then tried putting them in the 3ds folder). Do I need some special program to open the .CIA file or something?

I'm getting a strange error when trying to load my modified save file. "And Error has occurred, forcing the software to close."

I'm using jk's Save manager

EDIT: Nevermind, I just deleted the old save, copied the backup and tried again. Worked like a charm.

Could you elaborate on that? I'm getting the same error and cant seem to fix it.

the only 3dsx in your root directory should be 'boot.3dsx'. all other 3dsx files go in their own folders under the '3ds' folder

JKSM will look like this ("∟" means the above folder contains the item/folder to the right of the symbol. Ignore the stuff in parentesis as far as names):

SD card (root)
∟3ds (folder)
∟JKSM (folder)
∟JKSM.3dsx (file)

For one, cia files need to be installed before they'll work on homebrew. 3dsx files just need to be put under the 3ds folder (in a subfolder with the same name as the 3dsx). Chances are your 3DS is on firmware version 11.0, so cias are not an option. Just use the 3dsx version of the save exported attached here.
