I've looked briefly but can't seem to find a simmilar thing
It boots BEFORE the nintendo switch os just like godmode9 on 3ds and allows you to do some cool shiz

This may be difficult to develop as, unlike the 3DS, the Switch doesn't have access to the controllers when in RCM mode. So you only have the touch screen and volume and power button for input controls. At least until someone implement some controller drive that works in RCM

Hekate (with Nyx of course) ?

  • dump/restore sysMMC (on microSD, on a computer with USB), BOOT0/1, fuses count, etc.
  • create, manage (enable/disable) emuMMC
  • manage payloads, custom firmwares (to boot under SXOS, Atmosphère, etc.)
  • manage autoRCM and other options
  • display console infos
  • make partitions on microSD (for emuMMC, Android, Linux)
  • add/use kip patches
  • etc.
And with some good payloads, you can also :

That's odd, there has been software like hekatae, that even support transforming your joycons into an xbox 360 emulated gamepad via USB

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

(yes i know i shoudn't post 2 things at the same time on different messages)
I'm looking for a way to edit the "NAND" partitions directly on the system, before the nintendo switch OS boots
Please don't ask why
i also don't want to dump the ENTIRE nand everytime i want to do something with it

Hekate supports joy-cons and can connect Switch as gamepad (not as xbox 360 emulated though).

Hekate also support mounting NAND via UMS. You need to change settings first.

Well shit, I learned something. I't been ages since I used Hekate, I didn't realize it had gotten Joy-Con support. I guess I would have expected it to be bigger news that I would have seen when it did.

Since then, Hekatae has gotten full usb NAND support, buuut you have to decrypt it, and since nintendo has changed their encryption method, the keys are even more hidden than ever before
Yes the BIS keys work on the older systems but watcha gonna do after an update

Hekate is using Atmosphere's sept to automatically decrypt NAND 7.0.0+

Ohh wait, i use sx os, that's why it kept screwing up and not decrypting the nand
I'm gonna try that on a linux machine to not write the system volume information it would make it worse
I may be finally unbricking my switch!

I cant justify $1k+ on a nice ass phone. I can spend that on a 75" tv screen. Why a 6" screen device cost me the same? lol

Nah a phones going to always be more powerful than a TV if the TVs $2grand maybe but why when I can put a smaller device in my pocket that does basically everything a TV already does

I can justify a decent $800 smartphone that'll last 3 years when I could get a 65" TV for $400 and buy a decent micro computer for $100 more

Tbf there are decent $400 smartphones in today's market that make top end spec phones unjust it's just what you want
