the only ones i could find were from 2.2, and i need one that tells me how to bypass the thing on 3.0e that stops the 1.3 config disk from working

just use the new firmware(1.9b i think it is) update then use the 1.3 setup disc. the new firmware allows you to use the 1.3 w/o having to do the gcos thing.
