Did anyone buy the new Japanese Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer New 3DS LL console that just came out?

If so, what firmware did it come with out of the box?

Also, did you happen to notice which screen it came with? IPS or TN?

I got one. I forget the firmware -- I just updated it. It was certainly not 9.0 or 9.2. Maybe 9.4 or 9.6 or something like that.

The top screen is the better one, IPS.

If I've seen the article correctly it's just that the old and new 3dses handle power saving mode differently.
