Dont know anything about new league but with levels like that I dont know how you got past the gyms let alone the elite 4. You have got alright types except for two fire types which you should of realized when choosing your starter

Pokemon is pretty straight-forward, and you can see which attack is what by just looking at the animation.
And of course there are some translations on the internet.
