dont even think its worth fixing unless you can do the fix yourself. I would just upgrade to a DSTT plus microsd. Right now microSD is very very cheap so getting a slot-1 card without internal memory is a really good deal right now.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
