Hacking Any way to play legit CIAs on sysnand 9.6?

I can't downgrade without opening and modding my system (i've been told).
are there any exploits for 9.6? people keep saying rxtools works on 9.6, but it doesn't boot when i put the files on my sd card, and go to the link. Please help

rxtools works with emunand 9.6 not sysnand 9.6

i'm 99% sure if you're on sysnand 9.6 there's nothing you can do to install CIAs or play roms any other way at the moment, anyone else back me up on this?

You can if you bought a console with a preinstalled game
Now in all seriousness even with a hardmod you'd still need a Nand Backup of your own system with firmware 9.2 or lower. Sky3DS is as far as you can go right now since there are no public exploits for 9.6

Unless you have a nand mod and a backup of your sysnand before it was updated beyond 9.2...No. You can't install or do anything beyond buying games from eShop and using official copies of games on 9.6.

9.6 has NOTHING you can do to your console. No modding can be done at all and you cant run any homebrew.

All you can do is play pirated games of your region on sky3ds

Just buy an 4.5 3DS, install the cias there and then system transfer to your 9.6 3ds and sell the 4.5 again.
