I´m so tired of TWLoader, they´re just making bug fixes in new versions (I know, they´re important) and other things, but I really want a new emulator with a bigger compatibility table.I know there are some R4,but here in my country they aren´t common (since 2009).Anybody knows anyone?

There's only one NDS emulator and it's not perfect at all.

Also, TWLoader and bootstrap are NOT emulators. They use the real arm7 CPU inside 3DS so games are launched using the original processor, it's not the same as an emulator, and btw, you can buy flashcard from the internet too and some shops in Spain still sell some R4's

All I know about 3DeSmume is that is deprecated and not fully working. Only way to run decent nds games on 3DS is buying a R4 (for perfect compatibility atm) or use a nds emulator on PC like desmume

i have one for my 3ds was able to squeeze just about every ds game i want onto a 32 gig micro sd card

yes, if you wnat a fast way to play the DS games on the 3DS, a R4 is really the easier solution, els eyou can wait a bit and see how stuff turn out, they are developing very impressive for something they said that was just impossible like a year ago

You can also use TWLoader to run games from a flashcard, not just from SD card.
Games on flashcards have better compatibility.

The emulator DraStic for android works great for DS games with only minor slowdown that I have noticed, it runs every game I have thrown at it and allows for your general emulation options such as save states and what not. A decent modern smart phone should have no problem running it.

This is an emulator for android, and with a good Moga controller like mine it plays great, feels natural and plays a lot like a hand held. I agree that most android games are terrible, but these are DS games on an android device, not cheap time sinks with irritating pay walls.

I can only play Pokemon on Drastic due to being turn based. If I could find a way to use a controller I'd be getting a lot more. Im assuming the 3DS cant be used as a controller?

As far as I am aware no, there is no input capture for android at the moment, but if you happen to have a playstation 3 controller laying around you can easily connect that to your android device. PS3 Controllers are fantastic, I use them on my PC, Raspberry Pi Emulation Station, and Android tablet. Easy set up and works amazing, plus it's my favorite joystick style.

I do want to get a PS3 controller eventually. To play not FPS games I have on my PC. Like Limbo.
