I just noticed this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/custom-...ection-for-system-menu-backup-loaders.325003/ and I am using a regular Wii (NOT a Wii U)
but alas, there's no tutorial on how to use these forwarders.
First off, the thread says, near the top: ''The Channels will make it easier to launch Gamecube games directly from the System Menu (Doesn't require any USB or Disc loaders).'' so where should I put the ISOs on either an SD Card or USB Stick?
Secondly, this caught my attention, also near the top of the thread: ''DML/DM is the only prerequisite for the channels to work on the Wii.'' What does that means? Should I install DIOS MIOS to make the forwarders work?
Last, is there anything I might have forgotten? The WADs are installed on my Wii, but they do nothing... yet.
(Do note that I rip the GC games myself, I'm not getting them from some ROM site 'cause they're filled with viruses and/or malware, and I only want to play games I paid for. And sorry if this sounds like a n00b question... I just wasted 6 hours trying to figure out how the forwarders works...)
