i know it takes alot of work im just trying to get some peoples thoughts
Well, what's needed is not people's thoughts or opinions but people actually porting emulators or (less expected) write new ones for the Wii, which still need LOT OF free time, enough motivation to use that free time working day long on a computer and good knowledge of coding
It's always the same story: some people pick up a project because they are interested in (for learning, fame, whatever) then eventually release it... but the truth is that the majority of people don't have (or don't think they have) the ability to port an emulator and can only wait for what may or may not happen, this can be frustrating for those expecting everything to happen immediately but there is nothing you can do other than learning hard and do it yourself...
