Any need to reinstall forwarders?

So i set up forwarders year ago or so but im wondering if theres any need to ever update them by reinstalling after a forwarder pack or twilight gets updated?

By forwarders, you mean YANBF or ndsForwarder by MechanicalDragon?
If you are worried about your forwarders going outdated, you can always update them using Universal Updater.

Also, i don't think that outdated forwards of NDS games can cause issues.

Yeah just any installed forwarder. I wasnt sure if the actually installed file on the 3ds home menu would ever include enhancements or if they would get any improvements from twilight menu being uodated its self
