And that is one of the things I need the most.
A Slot one stinks for direct back-up.
Infact you can't even do it.
I need to find one for the Pokemon Event this Sat....
(Or I will settle for the next event)

They're sold out everywhere unfortunately. I think I bought the last one from bamboogaming, ehehe...

And what do you mean by direct backup? If you want to backup saves etc then I think you can do that with just a Slot-1 and wifi, or buy an EZ-Flash V 3in1

Thats just it.
I don't want saves.
I am after the Event Distro Itself.
You know the Deoxys Event Distro?
One of the first to back it up.
And threw the idea out there about backing the Distros up.
But my EZ Flash IV won't seem to keep the back up I make anymore.

Aaaaaand why would you need an EZ IV for this? They probably won't give these Deoxys out to the old GBA-games, but to Diamond and Pearl. That would mean a Slot-1 card would be the way to go. And even if they give them to the old GBA-games (what I don't believe) an EZ V 3 in 1 would be the better option.

Lemme see if I've understood what you mean.

You want a Slot-2 card in which you can dump the Slot-1 Deoxys Distribution card using NDS Backup Tool Slot-2, right?

If so, even if your EZ-IV battery is dead, that shouldn't be a problem.

I still wonder how you're going to "borrow" that NDS game card for 10 minutes

Well if it's a Diamond/Perl download you'll get the Pokemon through a Nintendo Hotspot via Wonder-card. Those wondercards can be dumped from your game and given to other people via Pokesave as the Pokemon get their Stats not as long you don't get them from the Pokemon-shop.
So it's like you downloaded the card yourself, even though you put it in via Pokesave. Furthermore you can change a bit in the card and make it so that you can give it to an infinite number of friends via Wifi...

But thanks raulpica for the translation. I really didn't know what he meant. o.O

@Jran Sakarra
If you have a Slot-1 just get Deoxys with that. Than you won't have to dump anything, as it's allready on your micro-sd. And yes it works with Flashcards, I even got Darkrai on an R4.
