Title says it all. My son really wants to play on the DS any titles you can suggest?
nsmb, various puzzle games, mabye wario ware and other minigame games?
Crayola Color Adventure
Smart Girl/Boy Playhouse/Gameroom
Geometry Wars: Galaxies (if you unlock things for him)
No matter what you play, I have some advice. If you're running a flash card, turn on the cheats.
pokemon? yu-gi-oh? digimon? any of the classics...however are you sure you want your 5 year old playing games? i know its none of my business but playing outside and stuff would be far better...just a suggestion...
hmm well, If you can put some homebrew applications on the DS, I would say Colors ( http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=1217 )
If not, Nintendogs is a pretty and simple title.
My 4 yr old LOVES playing Daffy Duck Amuck or whatever!
Is it bad the first suggestion that came to mind was something along the lines of Pedo-bear presents Toddler Mayhem?
I think he should play with lego and stuff that would enrich his own fantasy, and not let him depend on the fantasy of game creators... (maybe this in inappropriate)
I couldn't agree more. Want your child to develop? Give him some lego. And with that I don't mean Lego Star Wars..
Ontopic: NSMB. like everything else requires reading beyond the level of a four year old. :-X A 4yo can't play pokémon..
Colors and Cooking Mama. Maybe Tetris.
Or even better, get a Wii and get him active with like WiiSports and Sonic/Mario at Olympics. I know this 2 year old who loves that game.
Give him some bricks while he still has time for them, he will have so much time for video games later on
I think you should try Mario Kart DS, just leave it on VS mode, random courses and leave them to it. It worked for me.
i completely agree with all the people suggesting legos. i LOVED legos as a kid, and didn't get into video games until a little later.
Dementium: The Ward!
Lol, that would warp the kid a bit.
Give him Tetris, everyone loves Tetris, I used to play it when I was about 4-5 too!
LOL. I thought the same thing when I saw this topic.
Eh.. Mostly the games already suggested. Brain Age ftw?
My 5-year old daughter is playing 'Disney Princess - Magical Jewels' right now (#1596 (EU) of #1653 (US))
and she loves it!
