Crayola Color Adventure
Smart Girl/Boy Playhouse/Gameroom
Electroplankton
Mario Cart
Geometry Wars: Galaxies (if you unlock things for him)

No matter what you play, I have some advice. If you're running a flash card, turn on the cheats.

Is it bad the first suggestion that came to mind was something along the lines of Pedo-bear presents Toddler Mayhem?

I think he should play with lego and stuff that would enrich his own fantasy, and not let him depend on the fantasy of game creators... (maybe this in inappropriate)

I couldn't agree more. Want your child to develop? Give him some lego. And with that I don't mean Lego Star Wars..

Ontopic: NSMB. like everything else requires reading beyond the level of a four year old. :-X A 4yo can't play pokémon..

Colors and Cooking Mama. Maybe Tetris.

Or even better, get a Wii and get him active with like WiiSports and Sonic/Mario at Olympics. I know this 2 year old who loves that game.

i completely agree with all the people suggesting legos. i LOVED legos as a kid, and didn't get into video games until a little later.

My 5-year old daughter is playing 'Disney Princess - Magical Jewels' right now (#1596 (EU) of #1653 (US))
and she loves it!
