thats a good idea, they may be conflicting with one another...try installing just 1 and see if it works, although gh metallica, wt and aerosmith all will have different ids, so they shouldn't be affected...find a burner and see if you can load it from disc

I'd like to know if Hermes will help?
Because When I tried installing it I got an error after initialllizing network
it found the network then it said something like no directory IOS36 eroor -116, I'm not sure if thats exactly right. but yeah..
Know the problem?

this guide has an offline version of how to install hermes.

about the gameid's.
they do conflict on usb loaders as i have had this problem before.
Hermes won't probably help except for the games that clockwork said

Regarding running multiple GH Customs from USB.

You can use WiiISOrenamerV3 to change the GameIDs, so you can put multiple GH Customs on your USB WFBS drive. However, the savegame files will still all point to the same place.

What WBFS tool are you using? Old ones could corrupt the drive when deleting games.
Is the WBFS on USB or SD?
Do these games work from disc (either legit or DVD-R)?
What cIOS are you running?
Any other hacks, such as Preloader, CIOSCORP, etc?
Where and how does it crash? on load, or when playing a song?
Is it trying to connect to WiFi?
Have you eaten anything questionable?
Any other info you think could be useful?

WBFS -> USB HDD
They Do work on a Disc
I'm running Wanninkokos cIOS38 Rev14
Other hacks Hmmm, I don't think so. What about themes do they count?
I have a matrix theme
It crashes at different times but crashes roughly 2 mins in, If i'm fast I can get into the game but it crashes in themenu aswell.
It's Defonately not trying to connect to WiFi

uhhhh,. My HDD is Seagate Desktop External 500GB
My Wii is 4.0E
I have usb loader v1.5, neogamma, USB Loder GX, CFG Loader, All same results.


Also, I'm installing Hermes, I may aswell

Now when it says Initializing Network... It just freezes, So I tested the connection Via the wii "internet" settings and it picked it up. then I tried wanninkokos cIOS38 rev14 (I alredy have installed) and that also freezed on the initilaizing network so I dont know whats going on here :S

OMFG!!!
Sorry for Double post but WTF ...
I couldnt install hermes i kept getting error so i thought wtf ima keep trying to get guitar hero working, crashing every time for about n hour trying different things like when it crashes unplug the wires out of external then turn off wii then plug back in blardy blah, then I tried something else
when it crashedunplug the hdd at the mains and turn off wii then back on then plug back in (id tried similar things) and then it worked
this could of been a fluke but i dont want to find out until I have to
Ill post a vid just incase I can never get it working again..

Are you on 4.0 firmware? I am thinking that some games don't work without 4.0, although I am using CIOS36 and every game but GH5 works perfectly for me.

it doesnt matter about the system menu number. it could be bac to 1.0 or 2.0 and any game could still work... provided you have all the IOS insalled frtom a higher update.

also, sorry to intrude on this question but i have a quick one of my own: on my wii i have cIOSCORP v2 installed and i've just softmodded a wii and used cIOSCORP v3.3

now my question is, why does tales of symphonia STILL not work on either of the versions XD doin my head in. its not the disc i dont think, at first i thought it was a #001 error, but i thought cIOSCORP v3.3 fixed that?

i can use the usb loader to play it, i mean, i even have a channel for it on my SD card, but if the guy whos wii i've modded wants to play it without a HDD then he wont be able to lol

Read my reply on the cIOSCORP 3.3 reply has nothing to do with CORP its the video mode the game hasnt got any PAL video modes in the main.dol so you have to patch with GWP 1.2
