Gaming Any fun RPG games for Wii with open world?

They would basically have to be released in the past year or two. I have like 150+ wii games. So Idk what to tell you besides if you could reccommend some and I'd tell if I have or not. thanks thanks

Xenoblade Chronicles fits that bill..

The combination of both RPG and Open World is very lacking on the Wii though. If you loosen the definition of "RPG", there are a number more, including the Zelda games. Loosen up "Open World", and you'll have more too, like The Last Story.

Xenoblade is great, it essentially uses a properly done modified (IE - Not terrible) White Knight Chronicles gameplay mechanic, if you've ever played that. Graphics are among the best you can do on the Wii, too. It's also very lengthy. I did not try to 100% the game (I only beta the main story. If the Wii had a Trophy/Acheivment system, I would have), but it can supposedly last over 100 hours if you do.

The Last Story I've never played, only seen other people play it. It's..... unique. Great graphics for the Wii also though. I can't truly recomend it though, as I've never actually been the player or it. If critic reviews are any indication though, it's pretty good.

Come on now =) I wish I had my ps2 still lol. I sold my psp couldn't deal with such a small screen XD. Good thing I can play ps2 and ps1 games from "THE STORE" on my ps3.

xenoblade is an incredible game , I loved it ..... Tales of symphonia is another good one

FYI, Xenoblade has in-game Achievements.

And yes, Xenoblade is incredible. Probably the best RPG from this Gen. It removes so many typical annoyances of JRPGs, and is a really fresh breath of air to the genre. This is a new RPG done right.

Yes great one with the wolf right? Kinda wierd storyline. Going to finish xenoblade tomorrow and hoping to play that soon. =)
