Is it possible to take a chunk and convert it back to FAT32 so I can put Triiforce and stuff on it?

It's a 500GB I'm using a little over half, I just want like 25-30 GB to be FAT32, am I screwed for deleting everything or can I partition a piece of it?

you'll have to back everything up on something, erase the whole HDD, partition it and copy it back!!

its impossible to partition a HDD whilst you have files on it!!!
