Is there some kind of code or patch for New Super Mario Bros. DS to make AR codes not work? I've seen a cheat like that for Metroid Prime Hunters before, so I thought there might be one for this game too.

I'm looking for it to put into a hack either with a patch or using DSATM to insert the AR code.

Maybe for online play? something that disables his opponents' cheats?
Pretty sure that short of 'hacking' into their DS (which I believe would be impossible), there is no way to do that.

Admittedly, I don't know much about making cheatcodes, but what I do know would lead me to think that it's not possible.
Moving the address for the various cheats around (this happens during ROM hacks and translations) could work, but all you'd have to do is find the new addresses.

The (coherent) comments in this thread say that it doesn't work.

And from the little searching I've done on the code, it doesn't really explain how it works.
To the best of my knowledge, a code like 'Max Health' essentially works in one of two ways, first being to keep your health at 100% or the maximum value (which can sometimes be seen as fluctuating i.e. 100 health, 20 damage = 80 health, set to 100) or ignoring the damage taken (either tossing the value completely or reducing the damage to 0).
Both of which are done on my end.

Me activating 'Max Health' wouldn't give you max health because it only work on my game, since it's on my end. Just as activating Anti-Cheat would only work for YOU because it's on your game.
