It does work, after disable the cheats into the properties of the game, i thought i've disabled all the cheats by turning them off, but the cheat database was still on, so now it fixed!!

Glad to of been of help ... BTW IF you want to KEEP the Cheats ON (for other games) but still want to run 'ACWW (E)' there is another way of doing it

1) Switch back ON the AKAIO cheats option ([Start] > System Options > Cheats Code usage > 'Enabled' > [A] > [A] to exit)
2) Highlight 'ACWW (E)' > [Y] (to bring up ROM properties) > [Y] (Rom Settings) > Change 'Cheat/Action Replay' to 'Disabled' > [A] > [A] to exit)

I've just figured that bit out myself
