    Hey all

    Is Animal Crossing a dual layer game?

    and does the save extractor works on a backup with a modchip??

    It's not dual layer and I see that they are editing maps in their saves... but sure about with a modchip..

    Animal Crossing is not a DVD9/Dual Layered game.
    Scrubbed, the game is basically 445~MB.
    A DVD9 game usually is over 4.3GB not including filler data.

    I'll test the save extractor right now for you, I'm going to try and reboot with hooks to attempt it.

    No dice on the reboot with hooks -> save extractor.
    Give a ret -1 error.
    Only way (that I know) is with a modchip.
