If everyone who knows how to edit the TPC picture refuses to explain it, would anyone be willing to change it for me~? Here is what I wanted to change it to:
latest

It'd be nice if someone could maybe even just pm me instructions of how to do it myself, so people with... vulgar intentions don't find out~ ^-^"
Also because I was also considering my profile picture on this website as my TPC photo, and have a tendency to chop and change things to absolute perfection, so would likely want to change it fairly often at first and wouldn't want to continually bother someone~
Oh, and I just realized that picture is in .png format, so I converted it to .jpg:

Unfortunately, that changed the background from transparent to black~... Q///w///Q
Oh well~... Oh, it'd also need to be cropped/resized, huh~...
Don't think that's possible. The image is far too big.

Yes, don't quote me on this, but it appears that making a map that "makes sense" will cause it to work. I'd advise not messing with the top borders though (except for maybe changing the side a beach is on. Mine has only a south beach, walls on left and right.)

@marc_max Please update this in the first post...
I've updated the map editor everyone, it now auto-generates borders (so no more hex-editing required), and now shows the way the water flows in rivers (and what side the waterfall is on, but hopefully that was easy to tell anyways). Report bugs to me
Do you by any chance know what the acre values/locations are

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but my map editor should cover all bases. It doesn't allow for island pieces, but they can be buggy anyways
basically I change an acre in your map editor and then I upload the game and the acre hasn't changed. I know that it's definitely your map editor because I edited the hex of that very ram (I edited the cliffs manually) and that seemed to work, however the edits made with the map editor didn't.

So I'm trying to find the acre values and locations so that I can manually change them myself through hxd

The editor works, I just tested it. Make sure the file is able to be written to, and isn't read only (like the lock on the SD card). Also, changes are only applied when the program is closed, so if you were to remove the SD card before closing the program, it can't write the file.

ignore this

Last edited by Jarrad,
I'm so stupid... I've been editing and moving ram files on my desktop assuming I was opening them, when really when I click the editor it's been looking into my downloads folder instead of my desktop one, so the case is that I've literally just been looking at and editing this random ram file in my downloads folder, thinking that it was the one on my desktop........

Forgive my ground breaking stupidity.

Can someone tell me where the towns pwps are located? Been searching through the threads and I've had no success x.x

Apparently you can copy the ram file from another game if you are in a dream (someone did it with my town and update his dream, so sad :( )
That's because it loads all the data in from the town you're visiting, and I mean literally all of it. You can pretty much copy another person's town by doing that.

I have a 2DS with 9.5.0-12u, I put the two bin files in my SD card but no matter how many times I try, no colors come up on the site and no new .bin files show up on my SD card. Is there something else I'm missing?

Clear your web browser's history and cookies. Make sure you dump the ram when you have the ability to walk around outside, and ressetti isnt coming.
