Animal Crossing: New Horizons players have discovered a new item duplication glitch
When Animal Crossing: New Horizons first launched, players were quick to find a bug that let them dupe items. It was quite easy to use as well, and when the glitch gained traction, Nintendo acted quickly in patching the glitch out. Now, a new dupe glitch has been discovered in the latest version: 1.2.0. Otherwise known as the Earth Day update, Nintendo brought a whole host of new features to the game, though they most certainly didn't intend for one of them to be an abusable bug. It's not as seamless as the original glitch, but by placing a 2x2 table and moving a 2x1 sized table with an item on top of it just right, you'll spawn duplicate versions of your item the next time you enter the room. A user putting this method in action can be seen above. If you really want to make use of this, you probably want to do so before Nintendo inevitably patches this one out too.
