Hey, I want to buy something from Amazon Japan and need my sister's credit card to do it.
The thing is, we have no knowledge of japanese at all, but I couldn't find what I want anywhere else.
She would like to know if people here bought things from there? How did it go? The time it took to arrive and to where, if there were problems shipping etc.

Thanks.

There's an English Option in Amazon Japan also I hope you know your exchange rates. I ordered from there quite a few times because of the ridiculous price cuts for preordering games.

It's not a game or something like that, and yeah I know there's an english option in the site.
Like I said, I haven't found the thing I want in any other site other than Amazon Japan (Well, I did, but in Amazon Japan it's $20 and in other sites I found it's $70).

Thanks everyone, I just want to hear people experiences from buying there.

i have been buying things from amazon jp
as highlighted by one of the member they have english as option
smile.gif

therefore, language is not a problem!

as for shipping? i think they provide FEDEX as the only option for international shipping

the only problem i face often is the availability of international delivery
smile.gif

-they don't do international shipping for some items
-they don't do international shipping for items that you need to go through 3rd party

however, i would recommend you to check rakuten.co.jp (not as friendly as amazon jp but is pretty good)

Well, thanks everyone, but I found out the thing I looked at was used. xP
There were two things I wanted to buy, one costs 55$ (a DVD) and the other I thought to cost 20$, but it's 55$, so I'll buy the DVD, and I found it in Amazon.com, so I won't need any help with Amazon Japan.
