Emulation Am I the only person struggling to get 1 player on Wiimmfi (Mario Kart DS)

I'm using an emulator on my Steam Deck to play Mario Kart DS online since my internet router is too modern for my DS.

Usually, it takes a while to even get 1 player in a lobby even with the correct DNS entered.

Not sure if it's just me or there isn't really any people playing this game online.

Sometimes I play on MKDS, but no o e is ever online on Wiimfi...

I don't think 20 year old consoles are compatible with modern Internet.

They just dont support WPA, but psw free wifis are ok.
