The method PF2M used to help actually worked for me to salvage my NNID. It doesn't help with unbanning consoles though, and we don't know if there are any consequences for using his method.

I realise this was a month ago, but by salvage did you mean the NNID can be linked to another 3DS?

It only worked on him for some reason. P2fm tried it on me and another person and it didnt work.

I see, too much to hope for to recover my Pokemon in pokebank. Oh well

You could try some thing else though. You can sacrifice a 3ds's ctcert to fully unban your banned 3ds. Talk to p2fm for more info.

that seed has been banned, we will need another public seed.

I will supply a new seed on that site on Friday or Saturday due to super Mario being out causing bans on the seeds.
