After updating my Switch broke (kinda)

Now, every time I put my Switch in sleep mode it shuts down completely. I also tried reputting on the SD Card every file, redownloading everything such as Atmosphere and Hekate but it didn't help.

3 issues that I know of :
- bad battery, it dies while the Switch is in sleep mode
- some missing files for heate/atmosphere. When the Switch comes out of the sleep mode, it seems to need some files on the SD card. Sorry, but I don't know exactly which files. Maybe some of the bin files in the Hekate folder?
- there was an issue when there is a fuse mismatch a long time ago. Not sure if that still is an issue.

I had the same issue when I updated, I fixed it by booting the warmboot error fix option then booting back in to AMS

to your hekate_ipl.ini then it should be a boot option under launch in hekate

Other issue you could be facing is sys-clk
If you are on HOS 19+ you need sys-clk 2.0.1
