None of them are best.
When flex adapters were common, people advised not the use the C-shaped ones but to cut off one part.
But in the end, a lot of people are reporting problems that all related to these adapters.
Most pro's remove the emmc and add a custom DAT0 pcb so the DAT0 line is always properly connected.
Or they do a kamikaze mod (grinding down the pcb until they reach the DAT0 dataline).
