    Hi all!

    Posted a query about this not so long ago, but my post was primarily regarding a different issue which was an issue with the card itself, so started a new thread about this.

    Anyway, ever since I've been using DSTT cards, I have always had this particular issue. Basically, for almost every .NDS file listed in the menu, underneath each one with will be a file of the same name, but with an underscore before it, the DSTT logo, and of a 4K size. E.g.;

    Game Name.nds
    _Game Name.nds

    I have no idea what these files are but if I try to load them, the DS crashes and requires a reset. There are exceptions though. There are files which have the grey key icon/symbol next to them. These are the only files which do not have the extra 4K file underneath them.

    Can anyone tell me what these files are? Anyone seen this before or having the same issue?

    Appreciate any advice/info!

    I guess those are your .sav files.

    I don't have a DSTT, so I wouldn't know for sure, but on Wood, you can toggle "Show Hidden Files" to see them.

    Weird question. Do you use a Mac with your SD card? I believe they create extra files.

    Try reformatting your memory card.

    Move your games folder elsewhere to a computer.

    Delete all non nds or sav files.

    Use Retro's newest latest and greatest V643

    Then report back if there are issues.

    What flashcard do you use?
    Your microSD is ? (kingston, sandisk...)
    What is the release version of your DSTT kernel?
