my sister had Dr. Shrunk visit her town with the petition to open tge club, but when she collected the signatures, shrunk just kinda screwed off, we tried waiting to see if he'd appear again, but it's been a few months, and that hasn't happened. is there an in-game way to resolve this, or should we save-edit to open the club?
