Hacking Acekard HELP!!!

Maybe the acekard 2i got brick so try this

1. Your going to need a DS Lite or Original DS with any Flash Cart.
2. Put the Update file called “ak2ifw_update_14_DSL.nds” on The Flash Cart of any Sort.
3. Open the Update file you put on your Flash Cart.
4. When it Tell’s you to re-insert the Acekard 2i, take out the Flash Cart and insert the Bricked Acekard 2i(with update file)
5. Then Follow the Steps
6. Once it’s finished you’ve Un-Bricked The Acekard2i

Will this work for an Acekard 2.1 also?

what exactly did you update?

did you have to install it using a program on the ds? or did you put it in the sd card?

The 1.4 fix so it works with 1.4U DSi firmware

Has the Acekard ever worked before?

If not then could be a dud, get it replaced...

How do you think I updated the firmware for AK2i IF IT DIDN'T WORK FIRST? I updated it on a DS and it updated, but it could have gotten bricked even though I didn't turn it off until it said to reboot the DS. But it did work before on the DS lite. The AK2I icon showed up on MY DSI before it was updated(the AK2i 1.4 fix)

I think you're Acekard 2i was bricked on the process of patching/updating it (it can certainly happen)..

Try unbricking it..

Otherwise, you pretty much need get another cart.. Sorry.. =/

actually no good luck, He's really mad about the chair... and I told my other friend to borrow it but when he went there my friend that has the R4 ( and I broke the chair in his house ) not home. He's REALLY mad at me because of the chair, he got in trouble, man...

Why did you break a chair?

Well I was playing around and leaned awkwardly on the chair and BAM! There was a loud snap and me and my friend realized that the chair leg and part of the chair that you sit on broke off. It was plastic...but oh well... I didn't mean to, but...you know.

Wait Wait! When I reinsert the AK2i Do i take the microSDHC after taking the R4 out of the DS and put it into the AK2i? Or insert the Bricked AK2i without a MicroSDHC?
