Hacking Acekard 2i support for 3DS

I'm a newbie.

I need your advice whether I can use my existing acekard 2i on 3DS or not? If I can what software upgrade I need to perform?
Currently I'm using it with DSi.

you gotta see what hw model your ak2i is first if it's the older model it wont work has to be a newer model. i think 44 is older and anything higher is usable!

We need to know how far the 2i has been updated, so knowing which DSi firmware it runs on would help since that has a handy version display, whereas the AK2i doesn't.

If the dorasu's Hello Kitty no Panda icon appears

than it's flashed to latest 3ds os version.
If other icon apperas than check HWID noumber in akaio start>help>more
If it's 81 that you can upgrade it to 2.1.0-4 3DSes OS.

When did you buy it?If you got in last year,Your acekard 2i will not work with 3DS,since it is HW44 chip.

I got mine last christmas and it plays on my 3ds...
